Just remember
You always know your truth
It’s deep inside
It’s always there
Sometimes stripping
the layers of noise Hurts
like pulling off a band aid
Tears may fall, but only for a moment
The pain of removing the distraction
Is nothing but the
anxiety of crystallized patterns
That don’t want to be shaken
“Don’t shatter me!” They say,
Threatening a dangerous mess
But you gaze more deeply to see
Shards of glass are simply golden feathers
And what felt permanent
Is just dust settled
With ancestors wind you blow it away
And replace that plastic
With earthen clay
Malleable, moveable, humble and humid
You are beyond any one word,
Any one role,
Any one sacred mirror
You are beyond
Any collection of memories
Or stories
Or songs
You are the web, and the weaver
You are the dream and the dreamer
You are a constellation in the light sky of your soul
Who’s only North Star is the freedom
Of un-becoming
The liberation of dissolve
The lucidity of nothing
And the love for all
